The Walk Out

The day you walked out she learned to cry
Just wanting to die, her voice ran dry
Reality never seemed so real
Get up off the ground
Honey, your knees are bleeding but they're not your wounds

  2. Miss Alyx, imagine, I didn't even see this until now. Where have I been? I have been at your house :) The first part of this poem makes me feel mad, like Pancho said, but the last line is f-ing brilliant: Honey, your knees are bleeding but they're not your wounds. Love it.
